Six of GHA's communities have Police Neighborhaood Resource Centers on site. The Greensboro Police Department works in partnership with residents and GHA to reduce crime in GHA communities.

Police Neighborhood Resource Centers

Six of GHA’s public housing communities house a Police Neighborhood Resource Center (Hampton Homes, Smith Homes, Claremont Courts, Ray Warren Homes, Hickory Trails, Gateway Plaza). Through bike patrols, foot patrols, the involvement of residents and service agencies through the City, GHA and the Greensboro Police Department are able to work cooperatively in implementing crime reduction strategies for all GHA communities.
