Important Announcement: GHA Rent Café Registration
Effective January 22, 2019, GHA will launch a new web-based information center for our applicants/residents. The web site will allow you to:
- Review and update your information, such as e-mail and phone numbers, to ensure quality communication
- Review family member, income and asset details
- Review wait list basic details and preferences
- And much more
Anyone registered on the previous portal/website will be assigned a registration code to use when re-registering on the new Rent Café site. The registration codes were sent to email addresses listed to those registered in the previous portal. If you did not receive your registration code, you can request the registration code on the Rent Café site.

Applicants 62 years or older that need assistance in completing an online application may call 336-271-3368 to schedule an appointment (8:30AM - 5:00PM, Monday-Friday).
